199 Required competency evidence

One of the following documents is required as competency evidence for an application for the issue or renewal of a dangerous goods drivers licence—

(a)

a certificate issued, not more than 6 months before the certificate being given to the Authority, by a person who conducted an approved test or approved training course stating that the applicant passed the test or completed the course;

(b)

other written evidence that the applicant passed an approved test or completed an approved or accredited training course not more than 6 months before the day when the application is made;

(c)

a statement of attainment issued by an RTO under regulation 196.
