206 Licence conditions
The licensing authority may issue or renew a dangerous goods driver licence subject to conditions mentioned in subregulations (2) and (3).
The licence may be subject to conditions about—
the dangerous goods that may or may not be transported in or on a road vehicle driven by the licensee; and
the packaging that may or may not be used to transport dangerous goods in or on a road vehicle driven by the licensee; and
the road vehicles that may be driven by the licensee in transporting dangerous goods; and
the areas where the licensee may or may not drive a road vehicle transporting dangerous goods or particular dangerous goods; and
the supervision of the licensee when driving a road vehicle transporting dangerous goods; and
the provision by the licensee of information as requested by the licensing authority relating to the licensee's ongoing medical fitness to drive a road vehicle.
The licence may be subject to any other condition necessary for the safe transport of dangerous goods by road.
Note
Under section 23(2) of the Act it is an offence to contravene or fail to comply with a condition, limitation or restriction inserted in a licence by the Authority.
