In this Part—

S. 60A def. of relevant agency amended by Nos 36/2018 ss 11, 45, 60, 32/2023 s. 96.

relevant agency means any of the following—

(a)

an agency or Department;

(b)

the Emergency Management Commissioner;

(ba)

a Regional Emergency Management Planning Committee;

(bb)

a Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee;

(c)

Triple Zero Victoria;

(d)

Victoria Police;

(e)

any municipal council;

(f)

any other public entity within the meaning of section 5 of the Public Administration Act 2004;

(g)

any non-government body or organisation prescribed for the purposes of this Part.
