61 Inspector-General for Emergency Management
There is to be an Inspector-General for Emergency Management.

Subject to subsection (3) and on the advice of the Minister, the Governor in Council may appoint a person as Inspector-General for Emergency Management.

A person is not eligible for appointment unless the Governor in Council is satisfied that the person has appropriate management, professional, technical and operational expertise in emergency management and appropriate skills to perform the functions of the Inspector-General for Emergency Management set out in section 64.
