Part 7Inspector-General for Emergency Management
61B Terms and conditions
(1)
The Inspector-General for Emergency Management—
(a)
holds office for the period, not exceeding 5 years, specified in the Inspector-General's instrument of appointment; and
(b)
is eligible for re-appointment; and
(c)
holds office on the terms and conditions determined by the Governor in Council.
(2)
The Inspector-General for Emergency Management must be appointed on a full‑time basis.
