71 Monitoring of Triple Zero Victoria

The Inspector-General for Emergency Management must, from time to time, arrange for the monitoring and investigation of the performance (in matters that are not financial matters) of Triple Zero Victoria in relation to the provision of services by Triple Zero Victoria to emergency services and other related services organisations.

The Inspector-General for Emergency Management may make an arrangement for the monitoring and investigation of the performance of Triple Zero Victoria under subsection (1) either—
of his or her own motion; or
at the request of the Minister; or

at the request of an emergency services and other related services organisation to whom Triple Zero Victoria has provided services.

The Inspector-General for Emergency Management may make recommendations to the Minister about any matter arising from any monitoring or investigation of the performance of Triple Zero Victoria under subsection (1).
