For the purposes of section 67(1) of the Act, the closed season for the taking of fish of a species specified in Column 2 of the Table at the foot of this subregulation from the waters specified in Column 3 of that Table corresponding to that species of fish, is specified in Column 4 of that Table corresponding to that species of fish.

For the purposes of section 67(1) of the Act, the closed season, if any, for the taking of fish of a species of salmonid from the waters specified in Column 2 of the Table in Schedule 26, is specified in Column 6 of that Table corresponding to those waters.
