41 Person making complaint must not be adversely affected

The proprietor of a health service establishment must take reasonable steps to ensure that, if a complaint has been made against the health service establishment by a patient or a person on behalf of the patient, the patient or the person is not adversely affected because the complaint has been made.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
