261 Committees
On the commencement day—
(a)
a committee appointed under section 9 of the old Act that is in effect immediately before that day is taken to be a committee established under section 13 of this Act; and
(b)
a person appointed to a committee appointed under section 9 of the old Act and whose appointment is in effect immediately before that day is taken to be appointed to that committee under section 13 of this Act.
