272 Appeals to the Heritage Council in respect of which determinations have not been made
(1)
This section applies if an appeal has been lodged under section 75 of the old Act but the Heritage Council has not made a determination under section 76 of that Act in respect of the appeal before the commencement day.
(2)
Despite the repeal of the old Act, on and after the commencement day, the old Act continues to apply to the appeal as if the old Act had not been repealed.
(3)
However, this Act applies to a determination of the Heritage Council as if it were a determination of the Heritage Council under section 108 of this Act.
