24 Obligations of public entities and public service bodies
A public entity or public service body must—
(a)
co-operate with Infrastructure Victoria in the performance of the functions of Infrastructure Victoria; and
(b)
respond to a reasonable request under section 23(1) in a timely and efficient manner.
