Delegation by Infrastructure Victoria

In force

(1)

Subject to subsection (2), Infrastructure Victoria, by instrument, may delegate any power, function or duty of Infrastructure Victoria under any Act or regulations under any Act to—

(a)

the chief executive officer; and

(b)

an employee of Infrastructure Victoria; and

(c)

a person engaged by Infrastructure Victoria to assist in the performance of its functions.

(2)

Infrastructure Victoria may not delegate any of the following powers or functions—

(a)

the power of delegation under subsection (1); and

(b)

the power to appoint or remove a chief executive officer under section 27.
