26 Conflicts of interest or duties
Infrastructure Victoria must publish details of any code of conduct, policy or process that it has put in place under section 81 of the Public Administration Act 2004 to manage conflicts of interest or duties of directors.
Note
Section 81 of the Public Administration Act 2004 requires the board of a public entity to, among other things, ensure that processes are in place to deal with conflicts of interest or duties of directors.
If a director has an interest in a matter being considered, or about to be considered, by Infrastructure Victoria, the director must, as soon as is practicable after the relevant facts come to the director's knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest to the board.
Infrastructure Victoria must include in the report of its operations under Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994 details of any conflict of interest disclosed by a director in that year.
