85E Recommendation for further action in respect of a Public Interest Monitor
If Integrity Oversight Victoria is satisfied that any conduct of the Principal Public Interest Monitor or any other Public Interest Monitor which has been the subject of a public interest complaint should be the subject of any further investigatory or enforcement action, Integrity Oversight Victoria may make a recommendation to that effect to any or all of the following—
the Chief Commissioner of Police;
the Director of Public Prosecutions;
the Australian Federal Police;
the Victorian WorkCover Authority;
any other person or body prescribed for the purposes of this section.
