86 Recommendations must not include information likely to identify person who makes an assessable disclosure

(1) Integrity Oversight Victoria must not include in a recommendation made to an entity under section 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 83A, 83B, 84, 85, 85A, 85B(1), 85C or 85F any information that is likely to lead to the identification of a person who made an assessable disclosure, if the entity is—

(a)

the subject of the assessable disclosure; or

(b)

the employer of the person who is the subject of the assessable disclosure.

However, a recommendation under a section referred to in subsection (1) may include information to which section 53(2)(a), (c) or (d) of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012 applies.
