37 False or misleading statement as to making of statutory declaration
A person must not make a false or misleading statement, knowing that the statement is false or misleading, as to—
(a)
the circumstances in which a statutory declaration or a document purporting to be a statutory declaration was made; or
(b)
whether or not a statutory declaration or a document purporting to be a statutory declaration was made.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
