49 False or misleading statement as to certification of copy of document
A person must not make a false or misleading statement, knowing that the statement is false or misleading, as to—
the circumstances in which the certification of a true copy of a document or a document purporting to be a certified true copy of a document was made; or
whether or not a certified true copy of a document or a document purporting to be a certified true copy of a document was made.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
