108 Decision to consent
(1)
The Minister may consent to an application under section 107 if the Minister is satisfied that the pipeline may be operated safely.
(2)
A consent may be given subject to such conditions, if any, as the Minister considers appropriate and specifies in the consent.
(3)
A consent must be served on the licensee.
