111 Only authorised things to be conveyed through pipeline
A licensee must not convey anything through a pipeline unless—
(a)
the licence authorises the use of the pipeline for the conveyance of that thing; or
(b)
the Minister authorises the use of the pipeline to convey that thing under section 113.
- In the case of a natural person, 1200 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 6000 penalty units.
