109 Operation to comply with standards, specifications and conditions
A licensee must ensure that the pipeline to which the licence applies is operated in accordance with—
(a)
any standards, specifications and conditions that are prescribed; and
(b)
any standards, specifications and conditions that are included in the licence.
- In the case of a natural person, 1200 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 6000 penalty units.
