38ZK Power to take evidence on oath or affirmation
(1)
An independent panel may take evidence on oath or affirmation and for that purpose the chairperson of the independent panel may administer an oath or affirmation.
(2)
The power conferred under this section may be exercised only for the purpose of determining an access regime dispute.
