38ZO Determination of access regime dispute
On hearing an access regime dispute, an independent panel must determine the dispute within 60 days after the independent panel was constituted.
A determination under this section may include a requirement that a party to the access regime dispute do any one or more of the following—
take specified action;
cease or refrain from taking specified action;
require a party to pay a specified proportion of the costs incurred by the State for the constitution of the independent panel to hear and determine the dispute.
A determination under this section takes effect on the day it is made or on any later date specified in the determination.
A copy of a determination under this section, and a statement of reasons for the determination, must be given to the parties to the access regime dispute without delay.
