38ZP Compliance with directions and determinations of independent panel
(1)
A party to an access regime dispute must comply with a direction under this Division of the independent panel constituted to hear and determine the dispute.
(2)
A party to an access regime dispute must comply with the determination under section 38ZO of the independent panel constituted to hear and determine the dispute.
