21 Disturbing religious assembly
A person must not, without lawful excuse, engage in conduct—
(a)
that disturbs a meeting of persons assembled for religious worship; and
(b)
that the person intends will have that effect.
Penalty: 15 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months.
