(1)
Triple Zero Victoria may employ any staff necessary for the performance of its functions on the terms and conditions determined by Triple Zero Victoria.
(2)
The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies to any staff employed by Triple Zero Victoria under subsection (1).
(3)
For the purposes of performing its functions, Triple Zero Victoria may engage any person as a contractor or consultant.
