14 Deputy Chairperson

(1)
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may appoint one or more eligible persons as Deputy Chairpersons.
(2)
The appointment may be on a full-time or part-time basis, on the terms and conditions determined by the Governor in Council.
