21 Disclosure of interests
If a commissioner has an interest in a matter being considered, or about to be considered, by the Commission, he or she must, as soon as practicable after the relevant facts come to his or her knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest to the Chairperson.
If the Chairperson has an interest in a matter being considered, or about to be considered, by the Commission, he or she must, as soon as practicable after the relevant facts come to his or her knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest to the Minister.
The Commission must make guidelines specifying the types of interests that a commissioner must disclose for the purposes of this section.
The Commission must cause guidelines made under this section to be published on the Internet site of the Commission.
