100 Assistance to the Board
(1)
Subject to the approval of the Minister, the Board may co-opt any person with special knowledge or skills to assist the Board in a particular matter.
(2)
A person who has been co-opted to assist the Board is to be considered to be a member of the Board until the period of co-option ends.
