97 Resignation and removal
(1)
A member of the Board may resign the office of member by writing signed by the member and delivered to the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may at any time remove a member of the Board from office.
(3)
If a member of the Board dies, resigns or is removed from office, the Minister may fill the vacant position by appointing a person who is eligible to be appointed as a member.
