98 Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson
The Minister must appoint a member of the Board to be Chairperson.
The Minister may appoint a member of the Board to be Deputy Chairperson.
A person appointed to an office under subsection (1) or (2) holds office for the term specified in the person's instrument of appointment and is eligible for reappointment.
A person appointed to an office under subsection (1) or (2) may resign that office by writing signed by the person and delivered to the Minister.
The Minister may at any time remove a person appointed under subsection (1) or (2) from office.
A person appointed to an office under subsection (1) or (2) ceases to hold that office on ceasing to be a member of the Board.
