101 Procedures of the Board
(1)
The Chairperson or, in the absence of the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson, must preside at a meeting of the Board.
(2)
A majority of the members of the Board currently holding office constitutes a quorum.
(3)
Subject to this Act, the Board may regulate its own proceedings.
