48D Advertisement etc. of request
(1)
Where a request has been made, the Minister must either—
(a)
cause notice of the request to be advertised in any manner that he or she thinks fit; or

(b)
require the Water Holder to advertise the request in any manner specified by the Minister.
(2)
A notice under subsection (1) may invite submissions on the request to be made in the manner specified in the notice within the period specified in the notice.
