28 Offence to provide false or misleading information
(1)
A person must not in a relevant statement provide information that the person knows to be false or misleading.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2)
In this section relevant statement means an illegal user statement or a known user statement or a sold vehicle statement or a nomination rejection statement.
