31 Minimum debt recovery requirements
(1)
The Minister may specify the requirements to be met by the relevant West Gate Tunnel Corporation when taking action to recover a toll or a toll administration fee from a responsible person.
(2)
The specified requirements must be published in the Government Gazette.
