23 Commencement of tolling
(1)
The Governor in Council may, by Order published in the Government Gazette, fix a day for the commencement of tolling on the West Gate Tunnel tollway or part of the West Gate Tunnel tollway.
(2)
A day fixed under subsection (1) must be determined in accordance with this Act and the West Gate Tunnel Agreement.
