43 Enforcement officers
(1)
An enforcement agency may authorise a person to be an enforcement officer for the purposes of this Part.
(2)
An authorisation must be in writing and specify the terms and conditions on which the person is appointed.
(3)
A person must not be appointed as an enforcement officer under this section unless the person has completed appropriate training or qualifications as determined by the enforcement agency.
