46 Toll administration infringement notice
(1)
If an enforcement officer has reason to believe that a relevant agency (other than the enforcement agency) has committed an offence against section 60(1) or (3), the enforcement officer may cause an infringement notice to be served on that relevant agency.
(2)
An offence referred to in subsection (1) for which an infringement notice may be served is an infringement offence within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006.
