20 Feeding animals restricted
(1)
A person must not feed, offer food to or offer any object as food to an animal in a reserve.
Penalty: 15 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not permit or allow food to be taken from the possession of that person by an animal in a reserve.
Penalty: 15 penalty units.
(3)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to a person if the person—
(a)
brings the animal into the reserve in accordance with Part 5; or
(b)
is authorised to feed the animal in the reserve under and in accordance with a permit issued under subregulation (4).
(4)
The land manager may issue a permit to a person authorising the person to feed an animal in a reserve.
