41 Organised events
(1)
A person must not conduct an organised entertainment event, a sporting event or a recreational event in a reserve.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to a person if the person is authorised to conduct the organised entertainment event, the sporting event or the recreational event in the reserve under and in accordance with a permit issued under subregulation (3).
(3)
The land manager may issue a permit to a person authorising the person to conduct an organised entertainment event, a sporting event or a recreational event in a reserve.
