43 Demonstrations and training classes
(1)
A person must not conduct a demonstration or training class in a reserve.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to a person if the person is authorised to conduct the demonstration or training class in the reserve under and in accordance with a permit issued under subregulation (3).

(3)
The land manager may issue a permit to a person authorising the person to conduct a demonstration or training class in a reserve.
