30 Possession, use and carriage of poisons
(1)
A person must not possess, carry or use a poison in a reserve.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to a person who is authorised to possess, carry or use the poison in the reserve under and in accordance with a permit issued under subregulation (3).
(3)
The land manager may issue a permit to a person authorising the person to possess or carry in a reserve a poison that the person is otherwise authorised to possess, carry or use and to use that poison in relation to an animal that is not wildlife.
