92F Information to be considered during internal review and further application
On an internal review of a decision under section 92A or an application under section 92B, the Regulator may consider any of the following—
information relating to the applicant that—
the Regulator has or has access to; and
is disclosed to the Regulator under this Act, the Social Services Regulation Act 2021 or any other Act;
any other information or matter that the Regulator considers relevant to the review or application.
On an internal review of a decision under section 92A or an application under section 92B, the Regulator must consider advice received from an independent expert advisory panel in relation to that review or application.
In this section—
independent expert advisory panel has the same meaning as in Division 3A of Part 10 of the Social Services Regulation Act 2021.
