92G Timing of internal review or further application
An internal review of a decision under section 92A must be completed as soon as reasonably practicable after—
the date of the application for internal review; or
if the Regulator requested the applicant to provide further information, the date that information was provided to the Regulator.
An application under section 92B must be determined as soon as reasonably practicable after—
the date of the application; or
if the Regulator requested the applicant to provide further information, the date that information was provided to the Regulator.
