11 Electors to vote once only
(1)
A registered person must not vote more than once in an election under this Division.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
(2)
In subregulation (1) —
vote does not include a casting vote under regulation 8(3) or the election of a Board member under regulation 9(c).
