16A Duration of registration and licences
For the purposes of section 35 —
(a)
a registration that occurs after 2007 has effect until 30 June in the year following that in which the registration occurs; and
(b)
a licence that is granted after 2007 has effect until 30 June in the year following that in which the licence is granted.
