23 Certificates of registration, licence documents to be available for inspection
(1)
A registered person must ensure that a certificate of registration issued to the person is available for inspection by any person during business hours at the person’s registered address.
(2)
A licensed corporation must ensure that a licence document issued to the corporation is available for inspection by any person during business hours at the corporation’s registered address.
Penalty applicable to subregulations (1) and (2): a fine of $1 000.
