24 Advice about changes in practising status
(1)
A registered person whose name is entered in division 2 of the register must give the registrar written advice if the person starts practising architecture.
(2)
A registered person whose name is entered in division 1 of the register must give the registrar written advice if the person stops practising architecture.
(3)
The advice referred to in subregulation (1) or (2) must be given no later than 30 days after the change occurs.
