Powers of Council

In force

(1)

The Council may do all things necessary for or incidental to the achievement of the objects of the Foundation.

(2)

The Council may on behalf of the Foundation employ such persons or agents and procure such professional or other assistance or services as may be required by the Foundation and may pay reasonable fees and remuneration therefor.
