Execution of documents

In force

Documents authorised by resolution of the Council to be executed on behalf of the Foundation may be so executed —

(a)

in the case of deeds and other documents under seal, by being signed, sealed and delivered on its behalf by 2 members of the Council; and

(b)

in the case of any other documents, by being signed on its behalf by 2 members of the Council.
