175 Use of prohibited device or prohibited method when taking flora
(1)
A person must not use any prohibited device or prohibited method in the taking of flora.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $50 000.
(2)
An occupier of land must not allow any prohibited device or prohibited method to be used in the taking of flora on the land.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $50 000.
